Constitution and Financial information
The annual subscription is currently £100, of which £10 is retained by the school's Area Association. In Summer 2012 it has been agreed that the subscription will increase to £120 per school.
All Essex schools with primary aged children are invited to subscribe. Payment is required in the Summer Term.
The Local Authority currently subsidises the work of the Association with a donation of £10k each year.
The subscription is used to subsidise headteachers who work on behalf of EPHA to claim expenses as required, supports the two annual conferences, pays for the continued employment of a manager and the Liaison Officer and the maintenance of the EPHA website. EPHA also pays for the venues for the termly Area meetings including refreshments and lunch for all headteachers who attend.
