Area Development Groups
The Area Development Groups (ADGs) are made up of the EPHA representatives for each Area, Lead Link Headteachers and partners from the Local Authority, who meet at least termly to discuss school improvement and local issues. The decisions and opinions discussed by the ADGs are then communicated to the Local Children's Trust Boards across Essex, to ensure that the the views of headteachers and schools are taken into account, when planning the allocation of services and resources.
