Annual General Meetings
The EPHA County Annual General Meeting is held following the Area AGMs which are held during the Summer termly meeting. The 2011 AGM will be held on Tuesday 18 October 2011 at the Chelmsford City Football Club - time and agenda to be advised.
Changes to the Constitution may only be made at the County Executive Committee Annual General Meeting subject to a majority vote. The quorum shall be equal to one half of the membership of the County Executive Committee (that is, 12 members).
